Maria took a gentle approach to working out my knots. It was more of a relaxing massage with deep-tissue and therapeutic elements blended in. The advantage of this approach is that it doesn't hurt but still delivers a therapeutic, relieving experience. I would recommend her to everyone. She went above and beyond, and I was greatly happy.
